POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Vice President of Nursing, the Director of Youth Services is responsible for overall programming and non-nursing functions across the Youth Behavioral Health Service Line.

SSM Behavioral Health Services is a highly matrix’ed virtual hospital of 261 beds on 5 different campuses. POSITION SUMMARY:

The Team Leader has the primary responsibility of achieving high employee engagement to create a distinctive patient experience and assure the provision of quality and safe services through team members within the assigned department. The team leader assures that employees are performing their work consistent with organizational expectations and policies and procedures.

TO BE CONSIDERED YOU HAVE TO MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Registered Nurse Licensed in the State of Missouri or able to obtain a Missouri License in a timely fashion.
- A minimum of three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a busy hospital environment, preferably within ICU.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a manager or supervisor with employees reporting directly to you (will consider internal CSN candidates).
