The Director of Nursing is responsible for leadership of Nursing Services at Depaul Health Center. We are seeking a positive, influential leader with successful experience in building and leading a team to desires outcomes and goals; and a creative, proactive change agent with a strong understanding and successful track record of improving overall satisfaction and operational results.
The Director ensures that the daily activities, policies, procedures, and budget are implemented and accomplished. The Director performs job duties in accordance with the values of the SSM Health Care System and principles of CQI.

Position Qualifications:
•MSN or Masters Degree in a Healthcare related field required
•3-5 years clinical nursing experience
•1-3 years supervision experience
•Strong leadership skills

•Exceptional leadership skills to guide unit operations and to actively participate on various committees both inter- and intradepartmental
